Yes, we ship anywhere in Nicaragua. We coordinate via Cargotrans or intercity buses depending on your preference. We confirm the option and cost via WhatsApp before dispatching.How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost is agreed per order — it depends on the carrier (Cargotrans or bus), destination and weight. Send us your location via WhatsApp and we'll quote you on the spot.How long does shipping take in my region?
Times vary by carrier and zone. Cargotrans is usually 1–3 business days nationwide; bus delivery can be same-day if the destination is on the route. We confirm the estimate via WhatsApp when arranging your shipment.What is your return policy?
We accept exchanges if you notify us within one (1) business day of receiving your order, via WhatsApp or Instagram DM, including your order number. The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and free of stains, odors or damage (every item is inspected on arrival). We exchange for a different size, color or another product of the same value. Preference exchanges are not eligible for cash refunds, and shipping both ways is the customer’s responsibility. If the item has a factory defect, you have up to fifteen (15) business days from receipt to file a claim, provided the item is unworn and still has its tags attached. In that case, we cover the shipping and resolve the issue through repair, replacement or refund, as required by Law 842.What payment methods do you accept?
In-store we accept cash (córdobas) and credit/debit cards. For remote orders we accept bank transfer. Once payment is confirmed we coordinate shipping.How do I know which size to order?
We have a size guide with measurements in inches and centimeters for each category. If you're unsure about a specific item, message us on WhatsApp with your measurements or the style and we'll help you choose before purchasing.Do you have a physical store?
