What we collect

Account and Sari Club: email, name, phone, style preferences, order history and reward points.
Newsletter and welcome offer: your email address.
Product reviews: name, email (optional), purchased size and your review content.
Orders: completed via WhatsApp; anything you share in that chat is also governed by WhatsApp's privacy policy.
Browsing: technical session cookies and anonymous usage data for analytics.

Why we use it

To manage your account, Sari Club points and orders.
To send the emails you asked for: sign-in links, news and your welcome code.
To handle your orders and questions on WhatsApp.
To understand how the store is used and improve it (analytics).
To show relevant Sari Boutique ads on social media (Meta pixel).

Who we share it with

We never sell or rent your data. We share it only with the providers that run the store:

Supabase — customer accounts, orders and points.
Brevo — email delivery (newsletter and sign-in links).
Vercel — site hosting and performance metrics.
Meta — advertising pixel and Facebook sign-in.
Google — Google sign-in.
Microsoft Clarity — anonymous heatmaps and session replays to improve the experience.

Signing in with Google or Facebook

If you sign in with Google or Facebook, we only receive your name, email and profile photo to create your account. We never see your password or post on your behalf.

Cookies and local storage

We use cookies to keep you signed in and browser local storage to remember your cart and preferences. The Meta pixel and Microsoft Clarity use cookies for analytics and advertising; you can block them in your browser settings without losing access to the store.

How long we keep it

Account data is kept while your account exists or until you request deletion. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in every email.

Your rights

Under Law No. 787 you have the right to access, rectify, update and delete your personal data, and to object to its processing. Write to info@sari-boutique.com or via WhatsApp and we'll take care of it.

Security and minors

Your data travels encrypted and is stored with providers that meet international security standards. The store is intended for people over 18; we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will publish the updated version on this page with its effective date.
